A+++++++ EXPERIENCE. Our pup, who was recently diagnosed with kidney disease, suddenly stopped eating his Hills Diet food which made me feel a TEENSY bit worried. But I knew his appetite wasn't gone, because he was always eyeing our other dog's food. it's just that the poor guy hated the taste of Hill's (and I get it, it smells like hot NYC garbage). I went over to PL Pet Pantry, as I know from the past that they carry a wide range of treats for different diets, and the gentleman working–so sorry I didn't get his name– was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful beyond measure, offering several great KD-friendly options and offering a sample to make sure my pup liked what I chose. Fast forward 30 minutes, we just served dinner and my dude CRUSHED his whole bowl for the first time in a week. I am so stoked and SO grateful to the folks at PLPP for carrying great brands and being so wonderful. You've made a lifelong customer!

The staff member there was an incredibly knowledgeable on the food I should be giving my dog he spent almost 30 minutes explaining to me food types and what was Good for my dog, the prices are incredibly reasonable, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and because of their help my sick dog got healthy again with the help from them picking food out for my sweet Rosie’s needs! 10 stars!

Great shop... Health Food for your Pet! Parking can be challenging...but it's worth it... Everyone there is kind and helpful ❣️ ... Your Not going to find most these items at PetSmart or Petco!!! This place has knowledgeable ground crew😉
